When will my order arrive?
This will depend on a number of factors including your Ship To location (proximity from Central Arkansas), and shipping method selection (first class, Priority). Pending availability of all items in an order, orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days and all orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Can my shipment be tracked?
The US Postal Service does not provide shipment tracking functionality. They do however offer delivery confirmation numbers which will let us know only if the item was delivered.

I have waited the specified delivery times and my order has still not arrived – what do I do?
Contact customer service at: MyCellAccessory@gmail.com. An Associate will confirm your delivery address and depending on the circumstance will issue a re-shipment accordingly.

All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service and other delivery methods are currently not available at this time.

We are confident that with our competitive pricing along with free shipping we offer the best total value on or offline. We will honor any competitor’s price on a “comparable” item.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
We do accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, or Company Checks with pre-approval. Personal checks cannot be accepted under any circumstance.

I am a retailer – do you offer wholesale pricing?
In our region wholesale customers make up over 75% of our business. Wholesale prices are not listed on this site, if you need more info or pricing please contact ous: MyCellAccessory@gmail.com If you are ordering from the state of Arkansas we will need to have a Arkansas State Sales Tax Exemption form on file.

Do you accept Paypal?
Sorry, we don't right now but only because Paypal is not integrated with our eCrater store. At MyCellAccessory.com we have a number of payment options including paypal and credit card. If you would like to use your Paypal balance to make a purchase we would recommend using the Paypal plug in. The Paypal plug in allows you to create one time use card numbers for online purchases and works as any other credit card would plus you still receive all of the Paypal security features.
